Update

Truman is awake some! His eyes are open, but he isn't really focusing on anything. He is coughing a lot and moving his arms and legs. Seems to be uncomfortable. We are praying he will look at us, show recognition.

Psalm 91:10-16
If you say,“The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
“Because he [b] loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him,for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me,and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation. ”

We, who have never met you all but are moved with compassion for you and little Truman, are praying to our Lord for healing and peace. We have spread the word to others to pray; we are all one family in Christ and it hurts us to see our family suffer! Praising God for your continued faith through trials... The Stinsons

I have read back of the history of Truman's sickness. My heart and prayers go out to him and for all of you. I am in agreement with you that Truman will be healed. We look to God for comfort and healing in Jesus Name. I know you must be exhausted from all this. I pray that God uplifts you today.
You all are in my prayers.

Hey Dr. Mouro and Laura,

I was your patient at Chapel HIll and was really saddened when I heard about Truman. Sara Ryan (wife of Dave Ryan, and my cousin) told me about your blog. I just want you to know that I am praying for yall -even in the middle of the night as I was feeding my new 1 wk old daughter! I can't imagine but I trust and believe in the same God you do and I am praying for miraculous healing. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. God bless yall. Easley Schack

Dear Laura, I was a patient of Cameron's with my youngest daughter in 2008-2009, at UNC. I found out about Truman through a coworker of mine at UNC. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I have been following your blog for a few days now, and am completely in awe of your strength. Please know that there are many prayers going up for your precious little boy.
