So many similarities to our hospital experience with our then-3 year old. He was in a coma (in PICU) ... on a vent to breathe ... for 6 days, but within a couple of days (much to the doctor's surprise) he was moved to the regular floor.
Praying for continued work of the miraculous hand of our Lord on Truman.

Hello. I have been following your sons progress through your blog and Small things blog. I have been touched, truely touched in your faith and your belief in God. I am from a family in the UK that has always had a belief, C of E and a link to Quakerismn but have never really understood how people can have such a strong belief until reading your story. The fact that you haven't blamed God once in all of this, you haven't come across as angry with him humbles me. I continue to pray, in my owns small way for your family and if that can help a little then I really hope it does. And I think I now do understand a little why people need and have such a faith. I have been praying for Truman and your family since I heard about his accident on Ginny's blog. I'm so sorry for all you've gone through but so thankful he's alive and well and on his way to recovery. Thank you for sharing updates with us, I will keep him and your family in my prayers.

This is so wonderful. Thank you for sharing his picture. I've been thinking about the fact that God was not finished with Tru's life here on earth and what a testimony he will have already to share with others of this miraculous event. I have counted this a privilege to lift him up in prayer.
Also through this -- I was connected to your blog and last night was led to read your post from last year about "Our New Home" and was blown away at your circumstances of moving to a different state, your home not selling, and having to rent. That touched me because for almost a year my husband has been working in MO while we are still here in GA waiting to see if the house would sell and we were hating the thought of renting it out-- but need to get our family back together. And so in all this, your family has touched my heart this week. I just wanted you to know.

I am soooo glad I came on to check for an update. This has made my night! Truman is such a beautiful boy and Our Father is so good! I can't wait to show my children in the morning!
